Rules & Regulations.
Thousand Peaks Resort Campground Rules and Regulations:
1. Check-In and Registration:
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 11am. If you need to extend your checkout time please check with park staff: 250-939-9100. The campground is self-check in but staff can be reached and will be at the gate if needed any time.
2. Campsite Usage:
Campsites are designated for specific purposes: tent camping, RV camping, or group camping. One camping unit per site, unless otherwise approved by campground management.
Campsites must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
Campfires are only permitted in designated fire pits. Follow all fire regulations set by local authorities.
Do not move fire rings from their designated locations.
Respect quiet hours between 11pm to 8am. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
3. Waste Management:
Garbage by the exit lane of the campground. Dispose of waste properly.
Do not leave trash outside of designated bins. Littering is prohibited.
Gray water must be disposed of at designated dumping stations.
Practice Leave No Trace principles: pack out what you pack in.
4. Wildlife and Nature:
Do not feed wildlife. Feeding wildlife can lead to dangerous encounters and disrupt natural ecosystems.
Keep all food and scented items stored securely in bear-proof containers or locked inside vehicles.
5. Facilities Usage:
Restrooms, showers, and other facilities are provided for camper use.
Report any maintenance issues or concerns to campground staff promptly. 250-939-9100
Do not tamper with campground facilities or equipment.
6. Pets:
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.
Do not leave pets unattended or tie them up outside of designated areas.
Aggressive or excessively noisy pets may be asked to leave the campground.
7. Vehicle and Traffic Regulations:
Observe posted speed limits within the campground. The maximum speed limit is 10 KM/H
Drive cautiously and watch for pedestrians, especially children.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. Do not park on road or in other campsites.
Off-road vehicles, ATVs, and motorcycles are not permitted within the campground.
Biking is not permitted after dusk.
8. Alcohol and Substance Use:
Consumption of alcohol is permitted within individual campsites for adults of legal drinking age.
Public intoxication and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
9. Emergency Procedures:

Follow instructions from campground staff during emergency situations.
10. Compliance and Enforcement:
Failure to comply with campground rules and regulations may result in expulsion without refund.
Campground management reserves the right to enforce rules and regulations as necessary.
By entering the campground premises, campers agree to abide by all posted rules and regulations.
